I was fixing how small businesses run long before "AI".
I'm Angus. For more than 20 years I've been the person small businesses call when the systems are a mess, the admin is out of control, and there aren't enough hours in the day. AI is the most powerful tool I've had to fix that with, so I use it, including private AI that keeps your data in-house. But the job is, and always has been, making your business run better.

Two decades in and around small business teaches you where the time really goes. It's rarely the big things. It's the same customer typed into three systems, the quote that becomes an invoice by hand, the follow-up nobody had time to send, the report cobbled together every month.
I built my whole approach around cutting that waste: connect the tools, remove the double-entry, make the business run like it's twice its size. When AI came along, it didn't change the goal. It just gave me a far sharper tool to hit it with. That's the difference between me and the wave of "AI consultants" who arrived last year: I'm not selling AI. I'm selling your hours back. AI is how I get more of them.
